Wow, can you keep up with changing legislation? Bill 148 was passed in Ontario in November of 2017 and after running 5 workshops, with a few more scheduled, I can say I am an expert! If you are struggling with this legislation let me know and I will give you a hand. I've added three employees to my team and together we are helping employers to be compliant! As for Bill 132, which is upgraded from Bill 168, this is about the Workplace Harassment Legislation and the increasing role employer pay in ensuring it doesn't happen and if it does that the employee/victim and alleged perpetrator are treated fairly. I ran those workshops in 2016 but am finding many employers are still wondering. Let me know if we can help you.
