Do your employees have mental health issues or are you experiencing high absenteeism?

Happy Spring... what a relief after that very cold winter! We deserve great weather.

Did you know...Winter is the season of depression and mental illness in Canada for many people including your employees? Get ahead of this with our upcoming workshops and be ready to cope. JOIN US IN MAY for our upcoming 'Managing Mental Health in the Workplace' workshop for employers and leaders followed by 'Managing Mental Health in the Workplace' for employees at a later date! This workshop was developed by HRP4B and Angela Englander, Psychotherapist (Q) from Ways to Wellbeing Therapy.

This workshop was created to help employers and leaders identify and manage mental health issues within the workplace. By attending this workshop, you will develop skills to help you reduce absenteeism, increase productivity, identify mental illness issues, reduce complaints from other employees, reduce turnover due to mental health issues, manage mental health issues in the workplace, and develop workplace culture that makes your company more resilient. You will learn how to have the 'conversation' with an employee experiencing mental health issues and you will learn about mental health and the legislated 'duty to accommodate'.

Workshop dates are: May 8: Strathroy, May 15: St. Thomas, May 22: Tillsonburg and May 29 Woodstock. Register on Eventbrite or contact us for further details:
