We contacted Katherine at HR Partners 4 Business because we had several questions about our employees which we needed answered. We needed direction, guidance and support with decision making and had thought about contacting a lawyer. Katherine was able to reference Ontario regulations such as the Employment Standards Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code to confirm things we could and could not do with our employees. She remains our ongoing HR Consultant.
Katherine at HR Partners 4 Business recently designed and delivered an excellent interactive training session on Customer Service customized for our restaurant. She was able to get us government funding to help offset the cost. She had a plan which she shared with us, gained our input, set up a lesson plan and even put a suggestion box in the restaurant to gather anonymous input from our staff. Our employees were grumbling about working late to attend the training and after they were excited and really pleased they had attended because they not only had fun during the training but they gained a lot of knowledge about customer service and how to better interact as a team. The training included Building a Good Workplace, Customer Service standards and Social Media use.
